Below are the Hollymeade Architectural Review Board Guidelines and Application.  All residents residing in the Hollymeade community are required to abide by the ARB Guidelines as well as the Bylaws and Declarations.  The ARB Guidelines below describe improvements for which homeowners most commonly submit applications for Board approval.  If you are planning to make improvements/additions to your residence, kindly review the Guidelines, complete the ARB Application, submit same, and/or contact the Board with any additional questions.
